| Here you will find all the business elements about the CCE PTA. Did you know your vote really does count?
Coming to the PTA General meetings is really important. Your voice really does count. You decide what programs you would like
the PTA to do and how you would like to see them done. You decide where money is allocated. The executive board only comes
up with ideas and then presents them to the general board which is YOU. Your
membership that you pay your dues for gives you the right to vote on these items. We have 5 general meetings a year for
your voice to be heard. We have executive board meetings every month. If you have something you would like to present to the
executive board then let the president know at least 2 weeks before the meeting to see if can be on
agenda. The executive board always posted the executive board agenda. We are
not allowed to post the minutes. The general board members are always welcome to attend executive meetings during open forum.
The executive meetings are the second Monday of every Month at 3:00 in the MPR. Just let someone know you are waiting to be
heard during the open forum if you have not arranged to be heard during the agenda portion of the meeting. We will post general
meeting agenda's and minutes. We have general meetings the second Tuesday of September, November, February, March and
May. February is our executive borard nomination meeting and March is are swearing in meeting. If you are interested in being
on the board please see a current board member. Below you will find the agendas for all the meetings held thus far for executive
and general meetings and the minutes for general meetings held thus far.
